What are we aligning? • Sequencing- effectively organizing your practices to create the optimal experience you want to convey. • Sequencing from the ground up-developmental sequencing. • Teaching Clinic- Cueing and verbal assists in Standing Postures September 28 First, we relax—Teaching Methods and Techniques • First, we relax- sequencing from the inside out using cues to activate movement from the inside out, learning language and touch points for developing core awareness and creating healthy movement patterns. • Teaching Clinic: Cueing and sequencing core awareness in yoga and abdominal awareness in core exercises.
