Restorative Yoga and Cello

Restorative Yoga and Live Holiday Music. Your've invited to an evening of gently guided restorative yoga and live cello sounds of the season! In this special holiday practice, you will enjoy settling your body and heart as you are guided into a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere while listening to the joyful, peaceful, and mellow music of the cello played by Tara Mar. This event, offered by Tara and Mary, is a fundraiser to support Lincoln Center and the many wonderful programs it provides along with 2 special families that Tara and I support through CASA/GAL and Troy City Schools. Registration is required as space is limited. You can pay online (suggested registration fee of $30) or by cash or check in any amount on the day of the event. Checks can be made to Mary Borton LLC. All proceeds from this event will go to the Lincoln Community Center. Event Details Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024 6:00-7:00 pm (arrive early, 5:45 to set up) Lincoln Community Center 110 Ash St. Troy, Ohio. What to bring: yoga mat and blanket or bolster. Additional comfort items such as an extra blanket, bolster, blocks and eye pillows are optional. Dress in layers as your body temperature may fluctuate. There are some chairs, mats and blankets available to borrow. BOOKING DETAILS: You can pay suggested donation of $30 online, or pay more or less in person when you arrive. Your spot will be secured either way. Please let as know ASAP if you need to cancel. We have a waitlist for this event.
