Service Description

A 90-minute therapeutic class to return your body-mind-spirit to its most relaxed state of being. You will feel genuinely cared for and nourished by gentle, guided movement. Using special tools, we'll coax the body's tissues to release, rehydrate, and then relax into a deeply supported REST to completely integrate and restore your nervous system to its natural state of ease and harmony. Minimum enrollment for each class.  Please register in advance to secure the class and 1 of only 5 spots! Fridays: 10-11:30 a.m. June 23, July 21, August 18
