In this workshop, we’ll explore the dynamic relationships of the skeleton to the organs of the lower body. Our organs are vital and alive, and as much a part of our everyday movement as our muscles and bones. They provide us with a sense of self, full-bodiedness, and organic authenticity. In relationship with our skeletal system, our organs are supported, provide support, and serve as pathways of expression in movement. Explore this dynamic relationship for yourself through lecture, discussion, and interactive practice.
