This one to one approach focuses specifically on you and where you are in your process and your evolution of the practice. Whether you have experienced mental, physical, traumatic or emotional distress, this time will be spent developing tools and practices unique to you to continue your wellness journey. Drawing from an array of modalities, techniques may include somatic guidance, trauma informed movement for relaxation and resilience, physical mobility, energy work and more. We'll explore various models of yoga and movement guided by intuition and self-inquiry to develop a practice that works FOR YOU. Single session by appointment only. Email to schedule.
