Come As You Are A Monthly Space for Teachers, Leaders, Healers, & Helpers A monthly space to exhale. To be supported in community. To step out of the role of tending to others and return to yourself. This gathering is created for those who hold space every day — teachers, caregivers, leaders, facilitators, healers, guides, and helpers. Each month we gather around a shared theme or reflective prompt and move through: • somatic and restorative practices • gentle reflection • connection and conversation • time for listening, witnessing, and being This is not a space for fixing, coaching, teaching, or performing. There is nothing you need to offer here. Instead, this is a space where you are invited to: • soften • receive • be held • reconnect with yourself beneath the roles you carry Together, we hold a simple community agreement: this time is for you. Come tired. Come uncertain. Come inspired. Come exactly as you are. In a culture that often asks us to continually give, this monthly retreat offers a pause — a place to rest in shared humanity and be held in the field of community. Simply come. You are welcome here. Some things to consdier when we gather: Set yourself up in a space where you can feel free to be, relax, and share in relative privacy.with comfort items to help you feel settled on you favorite chair, floor, mat or ground. No obligation to look into the screen, however, cameras on help create a sense of community and space holding for each other. A journal or something to write on/with. A cuppa your favorite bevvie. Something beautiful in your space.
